Terms and Conditions of Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer
The terms and conditions of Golden Space set out the rules that apply when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, accept a quotation, or place an order with us. Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer is a trailer supplier UAE based in Al Sajaa Industrial Area, Sharjah, operating across all seven UAE emirates and into GCC markets. By using our website or doing business with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to everything on this page.
Product Specifications and Customization
Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer manufactures trailers to specifications agreed and confirmed in writing at the time of order. Minor variations in materials, surface finishes, or secondary dimensions may occur in production without materially affecting the function, safety, or quality of the product. Such variations do not constitute grounds for rejection or refund.
Requests to modify specifications after production has commenced must be submitted in writing and may result in additional charges, extended lead times, or where production is already advanced, may not be accommodate. We are not obligated to accept modification requests after the production stage has passed the point where changes are feasible.
Product images, illustrations, and descriptions displayed on our website are indicative only and are used for general reference. Final product appearance may differ from visual representations shown online due to customization requirements or material substitutions of equivalent grade.
Order Confirmation
An order is only binding once the Client has provided written acceptance of the quotation and the agreed deposit payment has been received. Verbal agreements, WhatsApp confirmations, or informal messages do not constitute a confirmed order. We reserve the right to decline any order before written confirmation has been issued by the Company.
Any changes to an order after written confirmation must be submitted in writing and are subject to revised pricing and lead times at the Company’s discretion.
Production Lead Times and Delivery
Estimated production lead times quoted at the time of order commence from the date the confirmed deposit is received. Lead times are provided in good faith and vary depending on product type, specification complexity, and current workshop capacity.
Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer will not be held liable for production or delivery delays caused by any of the following:
- Client-requested specification changes after production has commenced
- Late submission of required information, approvals, or materials by the Client
- Third-party regulatory processes or government permit requirements
- Supply chain disruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Force majeure events as defined further in these terms
Delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed in writing before product completion. Risk in the products transfers to the Client at the point of collection from our facility or upon handover to a nominated carrier.
Client Inspection and Acceptance
The Client is responsible for conducting a thorough inspection of all products at the point of collection or delivery. Any defects, damage, or non-conformances with the agreed specification must be reported to Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Reports submitted outside this window may not be accepted as valid warranty or liability claims.
Taking delivery of a product without raising a written objection within the 48-hour inspection window is treated as acceptance that the product has been received in satisfactory condition and in conformance with the agreed specification.
Warranty
Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer provides a warranty on all trailers produced at our Sharjah facility, running from the date of collection or delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions and appropriate use.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage resulting from overloading, misuse, or negligent operation
- Normal wear components including tyres, brake linings, and lighting
- Damage from accidents, unauthorised modifications, or repairs carried out by third parties
- Corrosion caused by chemical exposure or operating environments beyond standard conditions
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to goldenspace115@gmail.com with a clear description of the defect and supporting photographic evidence. The Company reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty repair, replacement, or credit.
Intellectual Property
All content including but not limited to text, product drawings, photographs, branding, logos, and page designs is owned by or licensed to Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer. No content from this website may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written authorisation from the Company.
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property, brand name, or product imagery will be treated as an infringement and pursued under applicable UAE intellectual property law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the total liability of Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer to any Client in connection with a single transaction shall not exceed the total value paid by the Client for that transaction. The Company accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost revenue, project delays, third-party claims, or loss of business opportunity arising from use, delay, or non-delivery of our products.
Nothing in the terms and conditions of Golden Space limits liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under UAE law.
Force Majeure
Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, raw material supply disruptions, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures. In such circumstances, we will inform the Client in writing as soon as reasonably practicable and will resume performance at the earliest opportunity once conditions allow.
Website Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not introduce malicious code or software, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or databases, scrape or harvest content from the site without written permission, or use the website for any purpose that is unlawful under UAE law.
Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at any time without prior notice where misuse is suspected or confirmed.
Governing Law and Disputes
The terms and conditions of Golden Space are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or any transaction with Golden Space Trailer Manufacturer shall first be referred to direct negotiation between the parties in good faith. If the matter is not resolved it shall be referred to the courts of UAE, whose jurisdiction both parties accept.
